Agent Hot Take 🔥: A unique 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property on Central Ave on the Gold Coast. It’s nice on the inside but definitely needs some updating for a $2M price tag. I think it’s a little rich for a first-floor unit, but it is in a prime location. The plus side here is that this home is on a 60 x 100-foot lot when your typical Central Ave property is usually on a 40-footer. If you could eventually buy the other floor, then you’d be sitting on a gold mine. Develop it, subdivide it, etc. I like the house, location, and everything about it, but I think the price needs a little reduction. We shall see!
