Agent Hot Take 🔥: This one’s tough for me to write about. The house is insane and absolutely beautiful. It’s knocked out inside and out. I don’t think they missed any details here. Five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 6 balconies, ridiculous attention to detail…what more could someone ask for? Ah, right: location. To be fair, houses sold on Simpson and Haven have sold for over $2M in this area over the past year, and those streets are farther from the beach. But, personally, I’d take Simpson or Haven over West. This street is busy: Packed on Saturdays in the summer with traffic in and out of 34th Street because of the bridge. Someone will scoop this up because of how nice it is. I wish this were on Asbury or closer to the beach. All in all, a great house, but not the best location.

If the house is decent inside and not infested with mold or rats, then the asking price isn’t bad. The location, again, isn’t the best simply due to the fact that you’re on 9th Street, and that is the summertime highway to hell. Busy, busy, busy.

I mean, it’s fine: I’d say it’s a solid 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. The price isn’t horrible but a tad high in my opinion. The house is just vanilla. it needs some toppings and a cherry. Maybe someone can get a deal on it and give it some life!
