Agent Hot Take 🔥: This property has been renovated beautifully, in my opinion. I do think it’s a little over-priced, though: It’s a 3-bedroom property on Central Ave and super close to the beach, but it’s a first-floor with half of a deck in a pretty old building. I don’t think it’s a terrible deal, but I think they should drop the price a bit.

Agent Hot Take 🔥: This one’s also been beautifully renovated. It is, however, in a triplex and does have a condo fee of $265 per month. The interior looks great, but the layout looks like it’s chopped up. Sometimes, though, the pictures can be deceiving. It’s in a nice location, even though it’s a little ways away from the beach. You’re close to some restaurants and shops in this area and you’re just outside of the Gardens! The beaches here are nice, too. As far as the price goes, I would like to see it come down a little bit, but honestly, for under $800k, someone will scoop this up.
