The condo fees here are just over $500 a month if I remember correctly which isn’t cheap when you tack it onto a mortgage with today’s rates. A year ago, this would’ve been a great price.

It’s on a large lot that offers plenty of room for a big family. I also think Merion Park is a little hidden gem of a neighborhood that will skyrocket in price over the next 10 years. It’s an area people should really look into.
