It’s a little too close to 9th Street for me, and I think $2M is just a little high. If this were newer and a second-floor unit, I’d say the price wouldn’t be too far off. The rental potential here is incredible here, though. I would say this house could bring in between $80k and $100k if it booked for the whole season.

Agent Hot Take 🔥: I think this one’s a good buy. Great neighborhood, amazing views, and a pretty large house. I like this for year-round living. There was a comp sold last year on a smaller lot and much smaller house for $1.35M without views. Obviously, the inside needs some upgrading, but I really like this listing.

The plus side, though, is that you’re steps away from the playground, Wawa, shopping center, and the new golf course going up. For a 6-bedroom, this isn’t a bad buy.
