Agent Hot Take 🔥: These units are very unique. The location? Beachfront. Can’t beat it. The property also has one of the largest pools along the boardwalk, and they rent like crazy. They have a pretty high association fee of $533 per month as well. I like this unit, and again, the location is spectacular, but there has never been one to sell close to this price in that building. It’ll be interesting to watch this and see what happens, but my guess is that they’re going to have to have a significant reduction in price.
