Agent Hot Take 🔥: A first-floor beachfront here. The interior isn’t bad, and it’s one of the lower-priced beachfronts out there. The biggest issue, though, is the dunes. You can’t see even a sliver of ocean because they are so high.

Property Description: Beachfront property. The large deck off the living room is just feet from the famous Ocean City Beach. Sit on the deck and listen to the ocean roar. If you want some alone time you can sit on the deck off the main bedroom or the one off the second bedroom and people watch. Great rental history. This will not last, act fast and you can reserve a few weeks for yourself. New in 2023, HVAC and Oven. Park under the house, why fight for a parking space when you can own one? Other Notable Listings

  • 1702 Wesley Ave: An interesting one here. Single-family, beach block and it’s decent on the inside. The half-deck kind of sucks, but the location is incredible. The price for a single isn’t terrible.
  • 3412 West Ave: A 5-bed, 4.5-bath, new construction single-family. In my opinion, the location isn’t very desirable. I just can’t see anyone spending $2.2M to be there.
  • 1611 Asbury Ave Unit 2: A standard 3-bed, 2-bath in a great spot. The interior is nice. This should sell.
