  • 15 5th St: This is a funky house. I don’t love the location, and this house was raised recently, so it isn’t two stories, just one. The price is right, though!
  • 200 Somerset Ln: A massive house in a great neighborhood. I think the price is a little too high, but the views are incredible from here.
  • 3308 West Ave Unit C1: A nice 3-bed, 2-bath on West. It’s on the first floor and could use a little bit of a facelift. I think the price is too high for this one.
