  • 1619 Wesley Ave Apt C1: Great property, fully renovated, and beachfront. The only thing with this is that it sits in a condo association, so tack on $432 per month to your bills. I like the look and the location, but I don’t love the condo association aspect.
  • 2331 Central Ave Unit Upstairs: My guess… This sells quickly. There are not many second floors on the market, but this one is in a great spot and at a great price. If you’re looking for a second floor, jump on this.
  • 1140-42 Simpson Ave: The whole building is available and fully remodeled. I don’t really like this location, though, and you’re far from the beach. The price per floor isn’t bad, though.
