  • 126 Ocean Ave: This is a very old duplex. It is probably a teardown. The lot value isn’t bad at all. I think this will sell.
  • 1240 Pleasure Ave: This is a cool bayfront in a nice location. I think the price is a little high just because the lot is smaller; therefore, the interior space isn’t massive. This is a nice property, but I think it will need a price adjustment.
  • 201 W Atlantic Blvd: This one has a $200k price drop. The seller is also offering a 2% mortgage buydown. They must really want to sell this new construction. I think it’s still a little overpriced.
